Mechanical controls use cables for throttle and shifting. This does not describe the boat’s steering system.
Digital electronic controls (DEC) use electronic throttle and shift signals. Existing cables and controls are not automatically reusable.
Integrated steering describes equipment at the motor. It does not mean a complete helm, autopilot or joystick system is included.
Counter-rotation is a different propeller rotation for a coordinated multi-engine setup. We’ll confirm the correct pair; don’t choose it simply because you want twins.
Choose shaft length from your boat’s requirements; more horsepower does not determine the correct shaft.
